About The Team

The Global IT Deskside Support team will be responsible for ensuring best-in-class IT support for the company’s 10,000 employees around the globe. This team plays a crucial role in maintaining the functionality and efficiency of an organization’s IT infrastructure. By providing timely support, fostering user satisfaction, and collaborating across functions, the team ensures that technological resources effectively serve the organizations goals.

What You'll Own

As the sole IT support resource for our office, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing hands-on support for a ranging of Hardware and software needs.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, responsible and resourceful, with a passion for learning and continuous improvement. You should be curious about new technologies and eager to develop your skills while providing exceptional service to colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site technical support for hardware, software and network related issues to colleagues.
  • Diagnose and resolve problems with workstations, laptops, mobile devices, printers and peripherals.
  • Install, configure, and maintain operations systems (Windows & MAC) and applications.
  • Assist with the hardware procurement, asset management, and inventory tracking.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions, ensuring access to systems and data.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity and VPN-related issues.
  • Collaborate with remote IT Teams for escalations and system-wide support.
  • Ensure timely resolution to service requests and incidents through our ServiceNow ticketing system.
  • Proactively monitor systems and perform regular maintenance to minimize downtime.
  • Provide user training and create documentation for common issues and IT processes.
  • Stay updates on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance the IT environment.

What You Bring

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT support, preferably in a deskside or helpdesk role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, Office 365, and common enterprise software.
  • Familiarity with network troubleshooting, including LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN setups.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to mange time effectively and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with non-technical colleagues.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving business needs.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
