Job description

As part of our Business Services Competency Center, we are looking for a Software Asset Manager to join our growing team providing software asset management services to our clients.

As part of a global project for the building materials manufacturing sector, you will play a key role in defining SAM processes and implementing significant improvements to existing processes.

Your tasks

Full software lifecycle management
Support, manage and optimize processes and license inventory in SAM tool
Processing and verifying requests for software resources
Reporting on license consumption
Participate in the development of the SAM tool
Conduct and support internal and external license audits
Ensuring license usage compliance
Handling urgent requests and escalations

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in defining SAM processes, implementing improvements, and conducting licensing audits
Practical knowledge of SAM tools
Ability to manage projects related to software asset management
Established knowledge of license procurement, implementation, maintenance and decommissioning
Proficiency in working with various licensing models
Communication skills and openness to working with other departments
Very good English language skills to communicate freely
