This agency was founded in the summer of 2023, and expanding quickly over the last year. Their vision is to become the best advertising agency in the industry. They specialize in paid social media, helping B2C brands in the US and Europe scale through innovative strategies.

What You’re Getting Yourself Into

The agency has a dedicated team of six people who work closely together to deliver outstanding results. As a Paid Social Specialist, you'll play a key role in driving client success through managing paid social media campaigns. From analyzing data, creating ads, collaborating with editors, to communicating with clients—you’ll be at the forefront of scaling accounts and improving performance for B2C brands.

This is a remote, full-time contractor position.

How You Will Spend Your Time

  • Consistently driving revenue growth by launching and optimizing paid social campaigns that meet or exceed performance goals
  • Auditing ad accounts to uncover both fundamental and nuanced flaws, creating data-driven strategies to address these flaws and unlock new growth opportunities
  • Analyzing campaign performance and conducting A/B tests to refine key metrics like ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates, ensuring ongoing scalability
  • Monitoring and reporting on the success of the campaigns to the internal team and clients to make sure targets are met and performance is rising
  • Strengthening client relationships by establishing clear performance objectives, communicating regularly, and delivering results that foster trust and long-term partnerships
  • Collaborating with the Creative Director and editors to develop data-driven creatives that increase engagement and conversions
  • Scaling client ad accounts by identifying new opportunities and applying the latest industry trends and best practices to maximize performance

Who You Are

  • You have several years of experience scaling B2C brands and service businesses through paid social campaigns with a proven track record of success
  • You have experience working with startups and in fast-paced environments
  • You have worked with and have an understanding of different paid social advertising platforms such as Meta, TikTok and Snapchat
  • You have successfully scaled ad accounts from $10,000 per month to $50,000–$100,000+ in spend, delivering exceptional results and demonstrating growth
  • You are detail-oriented, data-driven, and capable of analyzing metrics to optimize and scale campaigns effectively
  • You are self-motivated, a strong communicator, and thrive in a flexible remote work environment
  • You have fluent English, both written and verbal, and maintain a high level of professionalism in client interactions
