Job description

For our client, a well-known company in the pharmaceutical industry, we are looking for a HR Project Coordinatort for a project in Munich.

Workload: 100%

Start: 15.11.24 for 14 months

Remote: Yes, but candidate should come from Germany if possible

Projektbeschreibung

  • Project Coordination:
    • planning, executing, and monitoring HR projects, ensuring timely completion of project milestones.
    • Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
    • rack project progress and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and project status to stakeholders.
  • Data Management:
    • Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports.
    • Manage and update HR databases and systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Communication:
    • Serve as a point of contact for project-related inquiries and communication.
    • Facilitate effective communication between project team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
    • Prepare and distribute project-related communications, such as newsletters, emails, and presentations.
  • Support HR Initiatives:
    • Know-how transfer in the implementation of HR initiatives and programs, such as talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, and training.
    • Coordinate logistics for HR events, workshops, and training sessions.
    • Administrative, project-related tasks for the HR team as needed.
  • Compliance and Reporting:
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations in all HR project activities.
    • prepare and submit regular reports on project status, budget, and performance metrics.
Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR coordination or project management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a tea
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Willingness to travel abroad
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Proficiency in Project Management tools (Jira, MS Project etc.)
  • Experience with HR information systems (SuccessFactors) and or HR Operations is a plus.
