Job description

We are seeking a compassionate and organised Admiral Nurse Administrator to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting individuals affected by dementia while ensuring our Admiral Nurses deliver high quality care. This position involves collaborating closely with families and health professionals via telephone and email referrals as well as administrative and operational support to enhance the lives of those living with dementia.



Key Responsibilities include



  1. To be the first point of contact in dealing with telephone and correspondence enquiries relating to the Service and to refer on as appropriat
  2. e.To process referrals, ensuring contact with family carers is managed in a sensitive manner. This includes sending out relevant documentation and ensuring its return to the service, to be processed with adherence to GDPR guidelines and processing other documents such as CS
  3. QsTo ensure electronic records are maintained for the service ensuring that it is kept appropriately up to date by collating relevant demographic data from relevant service users. Using Oracle service cloud and other agreed syste
