Job Description

The role responsibilities include;

  • End to end payroll processing, inclusive of payroll tax and superannuation duties.
  • End to end management of AP, AR & EOM processing.
  • Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders to answer queries & resolve complex problems.
  • General Ledger maintenance and reconciliation.
  • Any ad-hoc administrative and accounting duties required to support the team and wider organisation.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate must possess;

  • Demonstrated experience in previous Finance Officer positions.
  • The desire to learn quickly and hit the ground running within organisations experiencing high levels of growth.
  • An autonomous understanding of Microsoft Office 365 & Excel.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • A keen eye for detail, with a desire to proactively address any discrepancies when managing payruns and processing invoices.
  • The ability to work autonomously, with a proven ability to complete any required finance tasks.
