The Opportunity

  • Pursue some of the largest deals in the industry for payment solutions
  • Managing enterprise clients who are leaders in their markets

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Create a strategic road map, plan, control and direct activities of sales teams to attain business objectives.
  • Planning sales tactics, deal closures and revenue plan for the region
  • Winning key accounts from competition and defending existing accounts
  • Expert in the Payments industry with domain knowledge of digital payments is a key differentiator for this role.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-making teams of existing and prospective customers.
  • Ensure all customer-oriented processes including Customer feedback is managed well for high Customer engagement.
  • Responsible for competition mapping/ tracking market trends and industry benchmarks.
  • Drive innovation and deliver business critical assignments

Educational Qualifications

  • Preferably an MBA – with Specialisation in Sales and Marketing

Experience

  • 12 to 15 years in Sales, Services, Account Management in either of the following Industries:
    • Payments, Digital Payments, Banks on the Acquisition side, e-Commerce, IT Product companies
