Company Overview: Our client is a leading provider of medical equipment and consumables, dedicated to delivering certified products and innovative solutions to medical centers in Romania and Moldova. Committed to raising quality standards and contributing to medical progress, our client is seeking two talented and motivated individuals to join their team as Area Sales Managers.



Position Title: Area Sales Manager
Location: Romania

Primary Responsibilities:





  • Direct Sales and Customer Engagement:




    • Establish and maintain direct contact with hospitals and clinics in Romania.

    • Develop and nurture relationships with customers, providing tailored solutions and high-quality support to meet their needs effectively.




  • Market Analysis and Strategy:




    • Continuously monitor the market and competitors' activities to identify emerging trends and growth opportunities.

    • Utilize insights to contribute to the development and implementation of sales and promotion strategies.




  • Collaboration and Coordination:




    • Work closely with the product management and marketing team to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.

    • Provide valuable input to product development based on market feedback and customer requirements.





    • Requirements:





  • Sales Experience:




    • Demonstrable experience in sales within the medical field, with a focus on single-use surgical products, sets, and fields.




  • Client Portfolio:




    • Extensive portfolio of clients from medical institutions in Romania, particularly with sets and surgical fields.




  • Market Knowledge:




    • Deep understanding of the local market for medical devices and consumables, including regulatory requirements and industry trends.




  • Goal-Oriented Approach:




    • Proven track record of achieving established sales objectives and targets.




  • Mobility:




    • Possession of a valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Romania as needed.




  • Language Skills:




    • Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
