About The Job

Danone Türkiye is looking for a talented colleague for the "Learning and Development Executive" position.

As a Learning and Development Executive ,you will be reporting to the Senior Learning and Development Manager.

In this role you will;

  • Manage and execute Learning and Culture programs and operations
  • Support the deployment of global cultural activation roadmap such as values and behaviors in line with local needs to be part of driving consistent implementation across the business unit contributing to a high performing organization.
  • Identify internal and external L&D resources, plan and implement development programs in line with learning needs and business priorities of Danone
  • Curate digital learning paths and creatively promote them
  • Report quarterly learning hours and utilize data-driven approaches to assess the impact and plan actions
  • Maintain and develop strong stakeholder relationships with local partners (Other Talent & Culture Teams, HRBPs, Functional Leaders and managers) , Global Teams and external partners.

About you

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology or related field
  • At least 1 years experience in operations of Learning & Development and Cultural Transformation programs and projects
  • Experience in Learning Management Systems and knowledge of different learning tools
  • Data-driven mindset
  • Curious and passionate for learning & improving company culture with taking necessary actions
  • Highly organized for planning, implementing and reviewing initiatives
  • Have strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to speak interpersonally with diverse individuals, report to management and meet with vendors
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written knowledge in English & Turkish
