Job Overview

Join our esteemed organization as a Medical Billing Representative in a fully remote setting, where your dedication to helping others will shine. In this pivotal role, you will assist patients with their medical billing inquiries by managing inbound and outbound calls. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding patients through their accounts, processing payments, and resolving any outstanding billing issues. You will engage with various systems, such as EPIC, Artiva, and TCN, to provide exemplary support to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and initiate outbound calls regarding medical billing inquiries.
  • Provide assistance to patients by addressing general questions about their medical bills.
  • Process payments and conduct research on bill statuses.
  • Collaborate with patients to discuss outstanding balances and facilitate account resolutions.
  • Navigate multiple technological systems to ensure efficient and accurate support.

Required Skills

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service within retail, restaurant, or call center environments.
  • Proficiency in using technology and computer systems.
  • Exceptional communication skills coupled with a friendly demeanor.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Work Schedule

Shifts Available:

  • 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM (1 Saturday a month from 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM)
