Title: Billing Specialist
Location: Fully Remote
Pay: $22- $27 an hour
An American software company based in New York City that develops a SaaS customer experience management platform is seeking an experience Billing Specialist to join their team! This role includes a large range of duties including but not limited to managing the AR mailbox, allocating cash receipts, balancing customer accounts, working with clients directly, utilizing NetSuite software, and much more!
Description
- Accounts Receivable Mailbox management
- Pro-actively ensuring cash collection on due dates.
- Work with clients on various inquiries, while tracking down outstanding debt.
- Allocate cash receipts, balancing customer accounts.
- Prepare aging reports and calculate Bad Debt accrual according to company policies.
- Track withholding of taxes
- Perform other duties as assigned
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Experience working as a Billing Specialist in the SAAS Industry
- Experience with NetSuite Software
- Experience with Salesforce
