Key Responsibilities

• Respond to general inquiries regarding medical bills received by patients.
• Process payments and investigate billing statuses.
• Support patients in resolving account-related issues and discuss outstanding balances.
• Utilize various systems, including EPIC, Artiva, and TCN, to manage calls and retrieve pertinent information.
