Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries through inbound calls with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Address basic questions related to eligibility and dental care benefits.
  • Escalate specific inquiries for priority resolution when necessary.
  • Document all interactions accurately in our computer tracking system.
  • Communicate effectively to fulfill customer needs while maintaining professionalism in a dynamic environment.

Required Skills

  • A minimum of one year of call center experience is preferred.

Compensation And Benefits
