About the role

We are looking for a Renewal Specialist to join our international Sales team. The mission of the Renewal Specialist is to ensure seamless and timely renewals of service agreements with existing clients. This individual will act as a trusted advisor, leveraging strong relationships and insights into client needs to maintain and grow the company’s recurring revenue stream.


Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Renewals: Manage end-to-end contract renewals for assigned clients, ensuring timely and efficient processing.

  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs, business goals, and satisfaction levels.

  • Revenue Assurance: Identify opportunities for service upgrades or cross-sell additional products, working closely with the Product, BI and Marketing teams

  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all communications and contract statuses in CRM systems.

  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and forecasts to management on renewal pipeline, win/loss trends, and any risk factors.

  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous optimization of renewal strategies and processes to improve efficiency and client experience.

  • Problem Resolution: Collaborate with support and technical teams to resolve any issues impacting renewals.
