Job Overview

We are on the lookout for a proficient Hospitality Human Resources Manager to enhance our dynamic team. The perfect candidate will possess extensive HR experience and a passion for nurturing the professional development of every team member. This role demands expertise in payroll systems, particularly ADP, alongside HRCI and/or SHRM certifications. Prior exposure to the hospitality sector and franchise frameworks is highly sought after.

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster employee relations by addressing issues with fairness and impartiality, overseeing all HR investigations to promote a positive workplace.
  • Spearhead the onboarding process, including the formulation of offer letters and collaboration with the payroll department to ensure precise compensation.
  • Uphold compliance with federal, state, and local labor regulations, aligning our practices with legal expectations.
  • Advocate for equitable treatment of all employees, fostering a culture rooted in respect and inclusivity.
  • Enhance our employee benefits by sourcing new vendors to attract and retain superior talent.

Required Skills

  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in payroll processing software, specifically ADP.
  • Knowledge of COBRA and FMLA regulations.

Qualifications
