Key Responsibilities

• Establish and cultivate relationships with referral partners including Realtors, Financial Advisors, and Bank Branches.
• Identify and pursue partnership opportunities, enhancing business connections through company-sponsored events and proactive outreach.
• Develop a thorough knowledge of our diverse products, policies, and underwriting criteria.
• Evaluate financial and credit information to align consumer needs with appropriate loan solutions while assessing associated risks.

Qualifications

• A valid NMLS GA state license is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in external retail mortgage origination, with a focus on self-generated business.
• Demonstrated sales effectiveness with a track record of meeting production targets.
