Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive, engaging sales presentations that effectively showcase the benefits of our replacement window products.
  • Provide customers with timely price quotes at the conclusion of each appointment.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and ensure follow-up within a 24-hour timeframe.
  • Be flexible with availability for customer appointments during evenings and Saturdays, in addition to regular weekday hours.
  • Cultivate strong relationships and actively pursue referrals through customer interactions.
  • Aim for a 100% "Very Satisfied" customer experience with each engagement.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from an accredited four-year institution is preferred, though significant experience in sales and customer service will be taken into account.
  • 1-2 years of relevant sales experience and/or training is advantageous.
  • A valid driver’s license and a motor vehicle record that meets company standards is required.

Compensation And Benefits

  • New Hires: Starting salary of $40,000, with commission ranging from 0-1.25% during training (until 150 appointments are completed). Transition to 100% commission can occur earlier based on performance.
  • Full Commission Plan: No base salary, with the potential to earn up to 5.05% commission on sold jobs. Additionally, a bi-weekly draw of $1,346.15 will be provided.
  • Monthly Bonus Opportunities: Upon meeting gross close targets, earn a payout of 2.5% for <75% quota attainment or 4% for ≥75% quota attainment.
  • Mileage reimbursement at the current IRS rate.
