Description

· Oversee the staff that work on the operations and maintenance of the FTS application in the production and UAT environments.

· Manage the scheduling of staff to support standard 0600 to 2000 EST daily support while maintaining an on call and after-hours maintenance support schedule.

· Experience with Windows. Servers/workstations and Linux Servers.

· Experience training subordinates on custom and COTS application support.

· Experience with Oracle Database scripts, MySQL scripting,

· Reports, Standard Operating Procedures, After Action Reports and real-time reporting of the FTS operational status.

· Leads incident response efforts, coordinating with team members and other IT teams to and resolve issues promptly.

· Manages User Requests for File corrections, Backend File Ingestion and Processing on Windows and Linux servers, provide tier 1/2 support to help desk for end user FTS support.

· Monitor data transfers within DCSA network and transmissions to external Agencies.


Requirements

Preferred Experience/Skills

· Five years’ experience leading a fast-paced operations staff.

· At least 3 years’ experience utilizing ServiceNow to assign, track and ensure incidents are closed out as per established KPPs.

· Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Effective communication and collaboration skills.

· Extensive PII data handling.
