Job description

Opportunities:

  • Base Salary: AUD 70,000 Superannuation
  • Annual Bonus: AUD 10,000 based on achieving set KPIs
  • Hybrid (3 days on-site and 2 days work from home)
  • Based in the Sydney office.

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  •  Knowledgeable and Experienced in the Real Estate Property Industries.
  • Eligible to work in Australia (Long term)

About the Role:
Freedom Property Investors is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our Senior Property Strategist. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for the property industry.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Management:
    • Daily client engagement and onboarding of new members.
    • Scheduling and confirming client appointments, including in-person meetings and property presentations.
    • Coordinating with internal departments (solicitors, mortgage brokers, settlements team, developers) to ensure exceptional customer service.
    • Working with internal and external teams to ensure members receive updates on their investment and also are supported through their settlement journey.
  • Strategic Support:
    • Perpetration of client strategy plans.
    • Preparation of client property presentations.
    • Coordinating post-sale activities, including lodging paperwork, booking members for contract signing, and ensuring deposit payments.
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Reviewing client databases and working with mortgage brokers to book qualified leads for annual review sessions with Senior Strategist David Morrison.
    • Coordinate the post-sale activity tasks including lodgment of paperwork to the internal sales ops team (EOI) booking members in for contract signing and ensuring deposits are paid.
    • Managing the strategist's email inbox and ensuring all BAU activity is responded to within set KPIs.

Key Skills & Qualities:
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, and PDF applications.
  • Communication Skills:
    • Excellent phone manners and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to negotiate and coach clients through challenges
  • Industry Knowledge:
    • Understanding of the off-the-plan property industry.
    • Basic understanding of mortgage planning and finance (coachable).
  • Personal Attributes:
    • Problem-solving skills.
    • Passion for the property industry.
    • Sales skills (preferred but can be coached).
