Job Description

Dive into the exciting world of LGBTIQA+ media advertising as an Admin Assistant. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth campaign execution across various digital and print platforms. Responsibilities
  • Chase and secure signed agreements from clients
  • Collect and organize advertising assets and collateral
  • Ensure all campaign deadlines are met across multiple publications
  • Process and launch advertising campaigns efficiently
  • Follow up on editorial content from clients when required
  • Communicate effectively with clients via email and occasional phone calls
  • Assist in creating post-campaign performance reports
  • Manage various administrative tasks as they arise
