Role Overview: The Paid Media Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with attention to detail and a passion for optimizing performance to maximize ROI. As part of the Consumer Growth team, you’ll report to the Marketing Manager and collaborate closely with other internal teams.

Work Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
  • 40 hours per week
  • 8 AM - 5 PM Phoenix, AZ (Including 1 hour unpaid break)

Key Responsibilities and Performance Metrics:

  1. Campaign Management:

  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Campaign ROI, Conversion Rate (CR), Click-Through Rate (CTR)

  • Expectations:

    • Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn.

    • Align campaigns with marketing goals to increase brand visibility, engagement, and conversions.

  • Keyword Research:

    • KPIs: Keyword Relevance, Cost-Per-Click (CPC) Reduction, Campaign Performance Uplift

    • Expectations:

      • Conduct thorough keyword research and optimize based on data to improve ad relevance.

      • Continuously update keyword strategies to drive more relevant traffic and higher performance metrics.

  • Bid and Budget Management:

    • KPIs: Budget Efficiency, Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Spending Within Budget

    • Expectations:

      • Monitor campaign budgets and adjust bids to maximize return on investment.

      • Ensure campaigns stay within allocated budgets and effectively track all expenditures.

  • Performance Tracking and Analysis:

    • KPIs: Report Accuracy (≥ 99%), On-Time Delivery of Reports (≥ 95%), Insights Adoption Rate

    • Expectations:

      • Analyze metrics like CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS to identify optimization opportunities.

      • Deliver regular performance reports to stakeholders, presenting actionable insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.

  • Industry Trend Monitoring:

    • KPIs: Adoption of Best Practices, Innovation in Campaign Tactics, Integration of New Features

    • Expectations:

      • Stay current with industry trends and updates to advertising platforms.

      • Incorporate new strategies and best practices into campaign management to stay ahead of the curve.

  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration:

    • KPIs: Alignment with Design and Analytics Teams, Campaign Integration Success

    • Expectations:

      • Collaborate with marketing, design, and analytics teams to ensure seamless integration of paid media efforts.

      • Provide insights and recommendations to guide the development of creative assets and landing pages.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field or at least 3 years of experience managing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn.

    • Strong understanding of PPC advertising, keyword research, and bid management.

    • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush.

    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
