Role Name: Inbound Sales Agent


Schedule:
  • Part-time, Fixed schedule 10 AM to 2 PM(5:00 AM to 9:00 AM PHT), Monday to Friday

Job Description

You’ll play a crucial part in maintaining and enhancing customer relationships, ensuring smooth business operations, and supporting the company’s expansion efforts. Skills and experience required:
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory. Most communication will be done via email, with occasional verbal phone calls via WhatsApp and meetings with the owners.
  • Experience in a sales role, with the ability to illustrate past sales experience and achievements.
  • Excellent customer service skills are required.
  • Ability to handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries via email.
  • Great attention to detail and a high level of accuracy are required for the role, including sending out sales quotes and invoicing customers.
  • Highly responsible and reliable individual is required.
  • Business Development experience is highly advantageous for sending out emails to past customers.
  • Must love dealing with people and be confident in handling different clients.
  • A good problem solver (required).
  • Proficiency in writing.
