About Treatwell: Welcome to Treatwell. We enable our beauty partners to manage their salon appointments digitally while attracting new customers through our Treatwell marketplace. We are the Booking.com of the beauty industry with over 50,000 partner salons in 13 countries and more than 8 million bookings per month.

Your Job with Us: Shape the future of the beauty industry and help salons increase their revenue and gain new customers. As a Field Sales Representative in Antwerp and Ghent, you will be responsible for successful on-site customer acquisition. You will proactively identify and approach potential partner salons (B2B), manage the entire sales process, and secure new partnerships for Treatwell.

Your role:

  • Research and acquire professionals in the beauty and wellness sector in your region via phone, internet, CRM, social networks, and especially on-site.
  • Schedule appointments and independently manage sales until closing.
  • Explain our SaaS product and the Treatwell marketplace with all its features.
  • Close contracts and onboard new partners.
  • Document and maintain all activities in Salesforce.
  • Monitor competitors and gather feedback to continuously improve our sales strategies.
  • Analyze your performance to meet and exceed your goals.
  • Foster team spirit and motivate the team.

Requirements

  • What are you bringing with you?
    • Initial experience with B2B on-site acquisition.
    • Digital competence and excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Fluent in Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus.
    • Goal-oriented, strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Reliability, enthusiasm, self-motivation, and a love for working in a diverse team.
    • Courage, humor, respect, self-responsibility, curiosity, and charm.
    • A valid driver's license.
    • Ambition and motivation through achieving goals.
    • A positive attitude and the ability to stay positive in all circumstances.
