We’re an innovative leader in helping Amazon sellers maximize their FBA reimbursements. As Amazon introduces changes to its FBA reimbursement policies,We are seeking a strategic and creative thinker with in-depth Amazon knowledge to develop and execute a communication and marketing strategy tailored to navigating Amazon's FBA reimbursement policy changes. In this role, you will ensure that our messaging is clear, consistent, and compelling across all channels, driving engagement and conversions


Key Responsibilities :
  • Create and execute marketing plans that align with our customer acquisition and retention goals. You’ll manage end-to-end communications, including email campaigns, landing pages, A/B tests, and social media strategy (with a particular focus on LinkedIn).
  • Utilize policy changes to drive urgency around lead generation and create personalized conversion strategies like demos, audits, and special offers. Your work will help translate our offerings into scalable solutions for sellers.
  • Oversee content creation for social media, email campaigns, landing pages, and paid media, ensuring we maximize engagement across all platforms.
  • Create content that simplifies complex policy changes for Amazon sellers, optimizing it for SEO and engagement.
  • Define KPIs, track success metrics, and make continuous improvements using insights from campaign data to improve customer experience and retention.


  • Experience :
  • 6+ years of experience in communications and marketing strategy, ideally within the e-commerce or SaaS industries.
  • Proven experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and landing pages.
  • Expertise in HubSpot CRM and data hygiene practices to ensure accurate, actionable insights.
  • A deep understanding of customer needs, translating complex information into simple, compelling messaging.
  • Strong ability to define and track KPIs, using data to refine strategies and improve performance.
  • Strong skills in content creation, SEO optimization, and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
