We are in search of a dedicated and proficient Real Estate Attorney with 3-6 years of experience in real estate finance, acquisitions, dispositions, and joint venture agreements. Key Responsibilities

• Draft loan documentation and perform thorough due diligence.
• Maintain and update closing checklists.
• Review critical legal documents, including title, survey, and organizational materials.

• 3-6 years of pertinent experience in real estate finance, acquisitions/dispositions, and joint venture agreements.
• Strong capability to work autonomously while managing multiple priorities.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
