Job description

Vasion is looking for a Demand Generation Manager that exemplifies our core values and wants to be part of our growing team. As a Demand Generation Manager, you'll play a critical role on our marketing team and will be responsible for the demand strategy of marketing campaigns and work closely with our internal Sales and Marketing teams. The ideal candidate will be strongly motivated by creative marketing that grabs attention and starts conversations, robust project management, and using metrics and data to drive decisions.

Primary Responsibilities 

  • Develop and execute demand generation campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, content marketing, webinars, and events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing materials, such as landing pages, emails, and ad copies, that resonate with target audiences and drive conversion.
  • Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance analysis to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Track and report on campaign performance and key metrics to stakeholders, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Drive revenue through marketing activities that have the ability to accurately track and report on those activities.
  • Work with inbound specialists to refine our lead scoring model, assess lead quality, and ensure a smooth transition of MQLs to sales.
  • Partner with corporate marketing to explore innovative ways to engage our audience and work through campaign ideas
  • Provide weekly Pipeline and Revenue attainment reports to the marketing and sales teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing 
  • 2+ years of experience in demand generation or running demand campaigns and leading projects.
  • Solid SaaS, B2B, Tech, or similar industry experience.
  • Basic knowledge and experience with paid media and at least two of the following channels: email, content marketing, webinars, events, direct mail, account-based marketing, or paid social.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives at once with speed and high-quality detail
  • Proficient in analyzing campaign performance using marketing analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of demand generation best practices, including lead nurturing and scoring.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong project management and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
