As a Client Success Executive, you will be the go-to person for our clients, guiding them from onboarding through to contract renewal. Your mission? To ensure they fully understand the value of our services and have an exceptional experience working with us. You'll engage with clients daily, providing training and sharing best practices that empower them to leverage the Expana platform effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard and Train: Guide clients through a seamless onboarding process and provide ongoing training to maximize their use of our platform.
  • Foster Relationships: Build strong, trusting relationships with clients to become their go-to partner for success.
  • Identify Opportunities: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to uncover new opportunities within client organizations that drive mutual growth.
  • Ensure Satisfaction: Act as a proactive advocate for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their continued satisfaction.
  • Compliance: Ensure ISO 27001 training is attended and all mandatory documents have been read to ensure working practices comply.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills and a knack for building relationships.
  • A passion for helping others succeed and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience in customer success, account management, or a related field is a plus but not required—enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
