As a NAM Contracts Risk Manager, you will negotiate contract terms and conditions with customers while maintaining compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment for all North America region
 

As a NAM Contracts Risk Manager, you will be responsible for:
 

  • Managing complex sales processes and proposals involving many stakeholders on client side and internal including Technical, economical, logistical and financial teams.
  • Negotiating contracts with customers and assuring alignment/approvals from BH side.
  • Supporting the application engineering team analyzing POs wording.
  • Validating risk and reward balance, considering factors such as terms and conditions, technical risks, margin, security of payment
  • Cooperating with technical colleagues to answer customer requests and discuss local conditions.
  • Working with medium-sized sales and handles country or Large Territory as a department

  • Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
  • Have a minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Risk Mitigation or Commercial.
  • Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills at all business levels including senior leadership
  • Have successful financial management and negotiation skills
