Job description

Your mission
Existing Business
  • Relationship building with relevant stakeholders at existing customers 
  • Creation of a customer expansion strategy
  • Establishing contacts with other business units and other countries for existing customers
  • Identification of customer demand for new projects
  • Increasing sales and profitability of each customer
  • Definition and execution of strategic projects
Sales documentation and infrastructure
  • Continuous maintenance of the CRM system
  • Pitching new projects or products to customers (e.g. product demos)
Internal alignment
  • Preparation of internal reporting 
  • Continuous optimization of processes in Sales & Marketing
  • Identification of customer requirements and communication of these to the Product and Operations departments
Your profile
  • You have a strong background in B2B sales in the digital industry (ideally socil media marketing)

  • You ideally have a network of marketing managers at potential client companies

  • You are a communication talent, have an authentic appearance paired with curious attitude

  • You take great joy in presenting 

  • You have a strong interest in social media

  • You ideally have experience with Hubspot

  • You love new challenges and scenarios

  • You have very good written and spoken communication skills in German and English
