NTT Data is currently seeking an Interim Controller to work Remote
Role Responsibilities

• Ensuring financial statements are accurate and timely, and adhere to company policies and statutory requirements 
• Process improvement: Identifying and implementing efficiencies to optimize systems and processes 
• Strategic decision-making: Providing financial insights to senior management to influence growth initiatives and strategic direction 
• Cash flow management: Overseeing cash flow management, forecasting, and budgeting to ensure financial stability and support business objectives 
• Risk management: Assessing and mitigating financial risks to ensure the business remains compliant with regulatory requirements 
• Compliance: Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, standards, and best practices 
• Financial data review: Reviewing financial data and creating reports based on analysis and research 
• Presentation: Presenting reports to executives or other top-level managers
• Manage and coordinate monthly closing statements
• Create Journal Entries
• Oversee Accounting team

Required Skills:

• Minimum 5 years experience in a Financial Controller Role
• Minimum 3 years experience in Leadership/Managment 
• CPA
• Healthcare Industry Experience, Managed Care
• Must be able to work Flexible schedule

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting
• Experience in the healthcare industry with providers, payers, drug, device, and/or diagnostic manufacturers.
• Interpersonal, Communication, and Relational Building Skills
• knowledge of Medicare Advantage and STARS Program, as well as Fee-For-Service versus Value-Based-Care.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is ($65). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
