Posting Salary Range: $79,568 - $85,746

Office Location: Remote in Catchment

What We’re Looking For:

As the Training Development Director, you will be key in shaping the learning programs at Trillium, leading the design and delivery of comprehensive training programs for our staff, providers, members, and the wider community. Your leadership will ensure that all training initiatives are aligned with the organization’s goals and are strategically designed to meet the evolving needs of our workforce and partners.

You may collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including the, LME/MCO staff, and the Trillium Provider Network, ensuring that all training activities are seamlessly integrated across the agency. 

 

On a typical day, you might:

  • Assess Employee/Provider/Stakeholder Needs.
  • Conduct surveys, focus groups, or meet with staff.
  • Design training plans. 
  • Manage or Direct staff/providers/stakeholders Training. 
  • Evaluate Results of staff/providers/stakeholders Training.

Qualifications: 

Education:

 Bachelors

Preferred Education: 

Master’s degree in Business Administration or Human Services field preferred.

Experience: 

Minimum three (3) years’ experience in administrative management of a business or governmental entity required.

Preferred Experience:  

Supervision of 2 or more employees preferred Experience in training is preferred 

License/Certification: N/A

 

Must have a valid driver’s license

Must reside in North Carolina to be considered for remote status
