Job description

 

Responsibilities :

•           Develop the strategic partnership with key account customer and create business opportunities

•           Plan and execute the account strategy to drive revenue and market share grow in customer account

•           Coordinate the internal teams and resources to provide solutions to solve customer problems, fulfill the demands and address the business needs

•           Drive the strategic sales process, working in conjunction with partners, internal support teams and customers

•           Build up strong relationship with each organization level inside customer to help business development                                                                                                                                       

•           Create business and commercial proposal to fulfill customer needs and win competitions

•           Meet company business goal and increase market share selling

•           Well coordination with internal support teams and resources

•           Creative thinking and great problem solving skill

 

Requirements :

•           BS/MS in EE is preferred or Engineering related

•           At least five to eight years working experience in semiconductor test engineering or equipment sales experience

•           Good communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with professionals of all organizational levels

•           Capability in leadership and team work is a must  

•           Good command in English
