Overview of Role

In this role you will work within a team of Qarik security engineers to transform and modernize our clients’ security postures through hands-on work, consulting and continued improvements while supporting the client. You will work closely with other security engineering teams and professionals to provide innovative and collaborative solutions. This role will require a self starter who can effectively manage their own time, and is open to infrequent travel to the client site.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement cloud security controls in an enterprise environment

Configuration and operation of security tools, such as Veracode and Sonarqube

Security automation

Infrastructure as Code using Terraform

Build CI/CD, and incorporate SAST, DAST, and SCA

Source and artifact management

Scripting and dashboard creation

Desirable Experience

8+ years of experience in security

Strong AppSec experience needed

Google Cloud Platform a plus

Experience configuring and managing cloud armor

Cloud-native applications

Financial industry or Travel industry a plus
