What you will do

The Program Manager Install Growth Leader, BSNA (Building Solutions, North America) will manage and lead projects, programs and business initiatives to enable growth and profitability within the BSNA Commercial Installation Business for the HVAC function.  This individual will facilitate and lead these programs cross-functionally with heavy focus on program management and continuous improvement processes ensuring each function/domain/initiative owners handles their deliverables to meet the schedules, scopes, target achievement, and budget.  The Program Manager Install Growth Leader will also represent BSNA Commercial Operations at regular accountability and cadence meetings and will be responsible for clearly and concisely communicating the status and performance of all open projects to groups of leadership & stakeholders.  Works under minimal supervision and in conjunction with leaders across all functional groups. Works with teams to resolve challenges and to address opportunities related to the portfolio.  This is a U.S. based, remote position. Ideal candidate will come from large, matrixed, global company handling this type of role. Looking for an executive leader who has strong change management expertise. 

How you will do it

  • Initiate, plan and execute programs to deliver scope within budget and on-time.  Programs include but are not limited to:

    • Front Line Sales (FLS) Market Coverage (Capacity)

    • Strategy Deployment and Operationalization

    • Sales & Sales Manager on-boarding

    • Sales Training (content, attendance & delivery) including BSL, BEST, etc

    • Sales Commissions

    • Sales SPIFs – creation, approval and continuous administration and ROI reporting

    • Sales Productivity

      • Cornerstone

      • GCOE utilization

      • Tool Usage

  • Operationalize through full implementations, planning for the full impact to the business to avoid disruptions and surprises, including but not limited to:

    • Communications

    • Education (L&D)

    • Tool Enhancements (with IT as applicable)

    • Processes, Policies, Procedures and Work instructions

    • Motivation

    • Change Management

    • Manage CRM pipeline growth, hygiene, and activity management.

    • Collect, consolidate, and prioritize field feedback and incorporate into ease of business strategize and marketing programs.

  • Analyze data results, formulate improvement strategies, operationalize corrective action, own target completion

  • Establish and maintain a regular cadence necessary to deliver expected business results

  • Ensure completeness of program deliverables and maintain requisite metrics and scorecards including but not limited to:

    • GCOE  

    • SPIFs

    • Others as required

  • Tie KPIs and cadence into the BSNA Business Operating System (BOS) and partnering with the BSNA operations team to do so

  • Prepare for and report on program status communicating progress on any identified issues

  • Become an expert in the functionality of WAVE for both day-to-day initiative management and overall Transformation management; coach others on its use and drive formal training

  • Own WAVE initiatives (where applicable), champion its use at every step of the Transformation, and actively track progress of relevant initiatives through the pipeline

  • Performs other related duties and projects as assigned

What we look for

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or technical degree with 10 years of experience in Field Sales project leadership. 

  • Strong knowledge of commercial (Sales) business, selling models and tools including CRM and ERP.

  • Change management demonstrated success

  • Demonstrate the ability to influence in a global matrix organization

  • Ability to communicate effectively in a technical environment, including in front of C-level and VP-level stakeholders

  • Experience with a wide variety of structured problem-solving processes and reporting tools

  • Excellent understanding of financial concepts

  • Experience working in distributed field-based direct sales organizations
