Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
· Execute all phases of internal research engagements including research design, questionnaire or discussion guide development, field and quota management, data analysis, and visual reporting
· Manage vendor relationships for outsourced projects and ensure all deliverables (questionnaires, reports, etc.) meet business objectives and quality standards
· Communicate effectively with internal and external research partners to ensure that each project stays on schedule and within budget
· Manage stakeholder input and expectations across projects
· Connect the dots between data output and business actions/outcomes through strong reporting and presentation skills
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree a plus
· 5+ years experience in custom research (supplier side experience a plus; education experience a plus)
· Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
· Experience with Q Analytics Software preferred
· Experience with Qualtrics preferred
· Ability to work independently, but within a team structure
· Ability to multitask, manage time, and work within structured deadlines
· Detail oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
