WHAT YOU'LL DO

Data is more than stats to our Business Transformation team—it’s a story waiting to be told. They translate the details into actionable information and strategy, helping us drive forward.

As our Data & AI Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing the development, strategy, and roadmap of data-driven products and services. You will work cross-functionally with data scientists, engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery and continuous improvement of data and AI products that drive actionable insights and business value. Core to this role will be advancing our strategy to leverage AI capabilities to drive business transformation.

Annual Bonus Potential: 8% - Eligibility is based on the company hitting annual financial targets.

Base Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 (depending on experience)

Note: This range is a national average, but compensation will be reviewed based on geographical location depending on where the applicant will be working. New hires typically receive between minimum and midpoint, however, we may go slightly higher based on experience, internal equity and market.

  • Work with leadership to develop a comprehensive data-enablement strategy and roadmap for the organization that aligns with our strategic goals. Identify potential initiatives and propose timelines for implementation.

  • Work closely with different departments to identify and prioritize AI use cases. This includes regular liaison with senior stakeholders to align AI initiatives with business goals.

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into clear, actionable product requirements and data specifications.

  • Refine and execute a communication plan to keep the organization informed of our Data and AI initiatives and progress. This includes facilitating discussions and workshops to foster a culture of being data-driven and embracing AI across the organization.

  • Ensure data products meet quality and governance standards by working with data governance teams and setting up processes for data validation and cleansing.

  • Manage relationships with vendors and contractors, as well as internal resources, to ensure the successful execution of Data and AI projects.

  • Complete other responsibilities as assigned.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 3+ years in technology product management, ideally with a focus on data and/or artificial intelligence (AI).

  • Proven experience in AI or analytics strategy and implementation, preferably within a similar industry.

  • Excellent project management skills.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex Data-driven and AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Understanding of existing and emerging Data and AI technologies, including Microsoft Fabric, Copilot and ChatGPT.

  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams.
