Key Responsibilities

As a Medical Financial Analyst, you will be instrumental in supporting our financial processes while collaborating with various teams to analyze pricing structures, trends, and contribute to the Charge Master development. Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing multiple financial projects to ensure timely and effective execution.
• Conducting comprehensive financial reconciliation during both the Pre-Bundle and Post-Bundle phases to guarantee accuracy and compliance.
• Creating precise pricing models for service bundles to maintain competitive and equitable rates.
• Assisting in the development and ongoing maintenance of the Charge Description Master (CDM) and Charge Master.
• Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to enable proactive decision-making.
• Conducting thorough analysis of managed care contracts, focusing on healthcare codes and terms such as CPT codes.
• Collaborating with cross-departmental team members to ensure alignment on project objectives and timelines.
• Ensuring that all financial operations meet departmental and organizational standards and regulations.
