Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a significant volume of inbound and outbound client calls nationwide.

  • Provide personalized assistance for mortgage inquiries, presenting tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales and loan officer teams to ensure efficient communication and processes.
  • Maintain precise client records and diligently follow up on leads utilizing our advanced CRM system.
  • Contribute proactively to business growth by delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Adhere to specified playbooks and schedules to maintain consistency.
  • Engage with clients to identify optimal mortgage products and support them through the initial loan application.
  • Ensure compliance with closing standards and adeptly manage diverse loan types.

Required Skills

  • Current, valid NMLS license or appointment in good standing.
  • Exceptional communication skills and telephone etiquette.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to establish rapport with clients and ensure a positive client experience.
  • Basic knowledge of mortgage terminology and products is advantageous.
  • Experience in a call center or customer service setting; familiarity with mortgage or finance is a plus.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of two years of sales experience, including at least two years as a Mortgage Loan Originator or in a related field.
  • For newly licensed candidates, a minimum of five years of sales experience is required, alongside a commitment to complete a month of training.
  • Availability to work approximately 40-45 hours weekly.
  • Experience in a call center or customer service role; mortgage or finance experience is preferable.
