Job Overview

In this pivotal role, you will manage early-stage collections calls (less than 120 days past due) within a blended auto-dialer framework. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring effective communication and resolution of mortgage collection inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Address a range of mortgage collection inquiries, including processing payments, establishing repayment plans, and negotiating delinquency resolutions.
  • Research and efficiently resolve Level 1 complaints via phone, aiming for first-call resolution.
  • Monitor delinquent accounts and initiate necessary collection actions by communicating with account holders and cosigners.
  • Operate effectively in a dynamic, structured environment while focusing on key performance metrics for quality and productivity.
  • Advocate for our products and services while prioritizing customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate within your team to meet individual, team, and departmental objectives concerning service level agreements and client satisfaction.
  • Undertake additional tasks and projects as assigned by your supervisor or manager.
  • Make informed business decisions while ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
