Job Overview

Join our esteemed organization as a Mortgage Lead Call Specialist Representative, where you will play a pivotal role in managing both inbound and outbound communications with clients and prospective customers across the nation. Leveraging cutting-edge AI technology and strategic marketing initiatives, you will assist clients with their mortgage inquiries by providing pertinent information and customized solutions. Your primary objective will be to foster strong relationships, assess financial circumstances, and present tailored mortgage options in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. While leads will be supplied, we encourage proactive engagement to broaden your client base through exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a substantial volume of inbound and outbound client interactions nationwide
  • Deliver precise information regarding various mortgage products and services
  • Cultivate rapport by actively listening and addressing client needs
  • Guide clients through their mortgage questions, proffering suitable solutions
  • Collaborate seamlessly with sales and loan officer teams to ensure effective communication
  • Maintain accurate client records and follow up on leads via our CRM system
  • Actively contribute to business growth through outstanding customer service
  • Adhere to established company protocols and weekly schedules
  • Engage with clients to determine the most appropriate mortgage products and assist with loan locking and electronic submissions
  • Ensure compliance with 14-day closing requirements
  • Manage diverse loan types, including Conventional, VA, FHA, USDA, and more.

Required Skills

  • Current, valid NMLS license or appointment in good standing
  • Minimum of two years of sales experience, with at least two years in a Mortgage Loan Originator role or related capacity
  • Exceptional communication and telephone etiquette
  • Strong analytical and detail-oriented problem-solving skills
  • Ability to establish rapport and enhance the client experience
  • Basic knowledge of mortgage terminology and products is advantageous.

Qualifications

  • Availability to work approximately 40-45 hours weekly
  • Experience in a high-call volume environment is preferred
  • Customer service experience in a call center or finance role is beneficial
  • Newly licensed applicants must have a minimum of five years of sales experience and a commitment to complete one month of training.
