  • Edit written materials for accuracy in grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Strategically collect and arrange typing materials for efficiency.
  • Develop spreadsheets and presentations by synthesizing data from various sources.
  • Maintain both physical and digital filing systems with attention to detail.
  • Scan and print documents as required.
  • Uphold confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with our security policies.

Required Skills

  • Demonstrated experience in a Typist, Data Entry Clerk, or similar capacity.
  • Proficient typing skills; touch typing familiarity is advantageous.
  • Experience with data entry tools and optical scanning equipment.
  • Strong proficiency in word processing software and spreadsheets.
  • Competent use of standard office machinery.
  • Excellent command of the English language.

Qualifications
