Job Overview

We are excited to invite skilled Litigation Associates to become a part of our esteemed defense litigation team. The position is within our General Liability Group, and we provide complete remote work flexibility for eligible candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage defense litigation cases with an emphasis on general liability, covering areas such as personal injury, premises liability, auto, construction, and habitability claims.
• Conduct discovery, take depositions, and draft motions.
• Assist in trial preparation and participate in trials (trial experience is a plus).
• Collaborate closely with clients and team members to deliver outstanding legal services.
  
  

Required Skills

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in defense litigation.
• Demonstrated expertise in general liability, encompassing personal injury, premises liability, auto, construction, and/or habitability claims.
• Strong litigation skills, including discovery, depositions, motions, and trial preparation.
• Trial experience is highly valued.
• Active California Bar License and residency in California.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
