Responsibilities

Assist German-speaking clients in the reservation process through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
Provide accurate information about services and bookings to customers.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently while ensuring satisfaction.
Maintain a deep understanding of the reservation products to support clients effectively.
Document customer interactions and gather feedback for quality improvement.
Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service processes.
Engage in ongoing training and professional development activities.

Requirements

Fluency in German (both spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
Experience in customer service, particularly in the reservation sector, is preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and a self-motivated attitude.
Able to work effectively in a remote setting.
A positive attitude and genuine passion for providing excellent service.
Willingness to embrace a new cultural experience while living in Greece.
