In this role, you will provide top-tier support to our German-speaking customers, assisting them with their reservation inquiries and ensuring a memorable experience. Your responsibilities will include handling bookings, managing customer concerns, and ensuring that each client receives exceptional service. Responsibilities
  • Assist German-speaking clients in the reservation process through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information about services and bookings to customers.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently while ensuring satisfaction.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the reservation products to support clients effectively.
  • Document customer interactions and gather feedback for quality improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service processes.
  • Engage in ongoing training and professional development activities.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (both spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in the reservation sector, is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a self-motivated attitude.
  • Able to work effectively in a remote setting.
  • A positive attitude and genuine passion for providing excellent service.
