Job description

NeoWork is on the lookout for a passionate and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our vibrant team in Argentina. In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our brand, providing exceptional support to our customers and helping them navigate any inquiries or challenges they may encounter.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and issues
  • Assist customers with resolving complaints and concerns to ensure satisfaction
  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our system
  • Identify opportunities to improve our service and processes based on customer feedback
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive solutions to customer issues
  • Stay informed about product updates and company policies to provide accurate assistance

Requirements

  • 4-5 year of experience in a customer service/sales or support role
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Empathetic with a customer-centric mindset
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment
  • Familiarity with customer service software, CRM, ERP, and ticketing systems is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Owned computer or laptop and stable internet connectivity.
  • Knowledgeable in Office 360, Google Apps, and client-facing communication.

Benefits

Salary: Open Rate. $10 - $13/hr, based on your level of experience.

Work Set-up: The role will be home-based initially but we need someone open to work hybrid once we have an office operational.
