Remote Senior Instructor - Technical Training | WFH

Job Overview

We are in search of a highly skilled Senior Technical Instructor/Trainer to become a vital member of our Education and Training team. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with various business units to design, execute, and refine instructor-led training sessions, both virtually and in-person, for our esteemed customers and partners. This position presents a unique opportunity to significantly influence how others learn and implement advanced technology in impactful ways.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, construct, and operationalize training programs, frameworks, and metrics.
• Align cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to ensure consistent program delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to craft engaging and effective learning materials that enhance customer outcomes.
• Regularly revise training content to accommodate product updates or curriculum modifications.
• Develop advanced instructor-led training sessions tailored to the evolving needs of our customers.
• Lead and facilitate both virtual and in-person training sessions, ensuring a positive and impactful experience for participants.
• Adapt teaching methodologies to cater to the diverse needs of participants.
• Assess learner submissions and provide constructive feedback.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as session feedback, registration participation rates, and exam pass rates.
• Gather testimonials and feedback to drive continuous program improvement.
  
  

Required Skills

• 5-7+ years of experience in roles such as Technical Instruction, Solutions Engineering/Consulting, or Customer-Facing Professional Services, ideally within a SaaS/iPaaS environment.
• A strong passion for education and a talent for simplifying complex technical concepts for better understanding.
• Excellent communication skills with confidence in addressing live customer inquiries.
• Proven experience in delivering engaging presentations and managing a diverse audience.
  
  

Qualifications

• Preferred experience as a Technical Instructor.
• Familiarity with technologies related to automation, integration, or iPaaS.
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is highly desirable.
• Proximity to our U.S. office locations in Mountain View, CA, or Denver, CO is preferred but not mandatory.
