Job description

Role: LLM Scientist
Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)
Contract Duration: Long Term
Work Hours: US Time
Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)
Location: 100% Remote (Candidates can work from anywhere in LATAM countries)

Must Haves:

+3 Years Python, Client, AWS Cloud Computing Experience
Familiarity with AWS Bedrock LLM suite models and associated prompting strategies
+1 Years experience in NLP and LLMs, with a strong focus on Retrieval Augmented Generation models.
Proficiency in Python for data science and AI development
Familiarity with agent-based LLM frameworks (e.g.,LangChain)
Experience with AI training frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.
Experience with prompt engineering and fine-tuning LLMs for specific applications.
Knowledge of vector databases and experience with embedding techniques.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Nice to Haves:

Use of orchestration tools for AI product development (e.g, ArgoCD)
Ability to create and explain diagrams for data and solution flows to communicate solutions and data/AI processes to team members and internal stakeholders
LLM UI/Frontend Design deployment experience.
