Your Key Responsibilities

  • Be a Hunter: Dive into prospecting like it’s second nature. Cold calls, emails, social media—whatever it takes to fill that pipeline with qualified leads.
  • Own the Sales Cycle: You’re the boss from start to finish. Lead the charge from discovery to demo, and crush your quotas like the sales beast you are.
  • Show ‘Em the Goods: Run killer product demos that blow minds and seal deals. Highlight how our HRMS and fintech solutions solve real-world problems for businesses.
  • Master Relationship Building: You’re not just making sales—you’re building relationships. Develop tight connections with decision-makers who trust your insights and respect your hustle.
  • Pitch Like a Pro: Tailor your pitch to show exactly how our solutions align with the client’s pain points. You’re not just selling a product—you’re offering a solution that changes the game.
  • Smash Sales Targets: Hit (or better yet, exceed) your sales quotas—month after month, quarter after quarter. We don’t do mediocrity here.
  • Collaborate and Win: Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to keep your finger on the pulse of market trends and ensure the best customer experience.
  • Negotiate Like a Shark: Close deals that make sense for both the client and us, all while keeping your eyes on the prize—hitting targets and earning commissions.

Requirements

What we are looking for:

  • Prefer sales experience, particularly in software, but if you have what it takes we will also train you from scratch.
  • You live for the chase and don’t take “no” for an answer.
  • Killer communication and presentation skills—you know how to get people excited.
  • You can handle rejection, stay motivated, and always be looking for the next opportunity.
