Job description

Job Title:  Oracle Guided Learning Consultant
Duration: Full-time on OmegaHires Payroll
Location: Remote - India

Position Overview:
The Oracle Guided Learning Consultant will design and implement guided learning solutions within Oracle applications. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in Oracle systems and a strong focus on user training and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Oracle Guided Learning content and resources tailored to user needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess training requirements and improve user experiences.
  • Provide ongoing support and enhancements for guided learning materials.
  • Analyze user feedback and performance metrics to refine training effectiveness.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for end-users.

Qualifications:
  • 8-10 years of experience with Oracle applications and guided learning tools.
  • Strong understanding of user training methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
