Job description

About the Role

In this role, you will support our Account Executives in generating and qualifying leads, driving new business opportunities, and expanding our billing company customer base. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify target markets, develop effective outreach strategies, and drive engagement with potential clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to grow their career in sales!

Your Area of Focus
  • Identify and source potential leads through various channels
  • Engage with prospects via phone, email, and other communication methods to qualify leads and assess their potential.
  • Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to generate new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine lead generation strategies and tactics.
  • Set and achieve personal and team performance goals related to lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Use CRM and other tools to track and manage leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and pain points.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to prospects, providing valuable insights and information about our products and services
Your Professional Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a sales development or lead generation role, preferably in Healthcare
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with potential clients
  • High level of motivation and a results-driven mindset
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with Google suite, Salesforce, Outreach, and other sales technology platforms
