Why This Role is Exciting

The People Programs Manager will take end to end ownership of foundational people programs, leveraging expertise from various teams to deliver high quality experiences and results, starting with the performance review, goal setting, and engagement survey programs. This role will have company-wide impact and play a key part in ensuring that our programs are aligned to and support overall company goals and values. This role will report into the Senior Director, People Business Partners and collaborate closely with People Business Partners, People Leadership, and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will possess superb program management skills, have demonstrated success in implementing organization-wide People programs and processes, exude a highly collaborative approach in delivering results, and display a strong focus on continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities 

  • Own and lead the execution of the annual performance review, goal setting, and engagement survey programs by bringing together cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and timely delivery

  • Drive engagement survey analysis and reporting, collaborating with leadership teams and People Business Partners to develop actionable insights and drive action planning

  • Collaborate closely with People Business Partners, People Leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders such as total rewards, talent development, and internal communications to ensure programs are aligned with business needs, and driving engagement and performance across the organization

  • Partner with People Operations and Systems teams to build and optimize programs within our tools and systems, ensuring seamless integration and scalability

  • Lead iterative improvements by gathering feedback, analyzing data, and applying industry best practices to continually enhance the efficiency and impact of our programs

  • Develop and maintain program performance metrics, tracking key data points to ensure program objectives are met and identifying opportunities for enhancement

  • Communicate program goals, processes, and timelines clearly and effectively to all levels of the organization, ensuring transparency and alignment

Attributes for a Successful Candidate

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in People program management, people business partnership, talent development, or related field with a strong understanding of core people programs

  • Expertise in various program management tools and methodologies

  • Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale, cross-functional programs with a focus on continuous improvement

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Proven ability to collaborate and build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels of the organization

  • Analytical mindset with an experience in using data to drive decision-making and improve program effectiveness

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, capable of driving adoption and engagement

  • A passion for building and optimizing people programs that enhance employee experience and align with company goals and values

  • Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environments

  • Proficiency with People systems and tools, including employee survey platforms such as CultureAmp

  • Knowledge of current talent development trends and best practices
